friday randomness

Friday has come again.  Are you looking forward to your weekend?  What will it entail?  We have a busy weekend full of painting projects.  I know, I can never get away from it.  Truth is, I'm excited though.  The boy and his company, Embedly, just got new office space and after many, many brainstorming sessions on which way to go with it, we decided on a palette and start the painting process bright and early tomorrow.  We invited friends and family to help.  Maybe I'm weird, but good food, good music, good people and of course good colors sounds like a good time to me.  We will share all the details of this project later next week, but for now...  imagine this: 

We are using primarily our loft palette with brickwork, sidewalk and avenue q.  It's a pretty bold and hip palette, but hey - they are bold and hip guys.  

Moving on...

Is it weird that I like to think about painting outfits?  I guess since I spend so much of my time covered in paint, it's become my "work wardrobe."  Although the two are rapidly mixing as most of my cloths now have a variety of our paint colors on them.

This is how I would like to look when I paint: 

With a headscarf or bandana, or course, to keep my hair out of the paint...
