Coverage

Coverage varies with porosity, but on hard non-porous surfaces, one gallon will cover approximately 560 sq ft per coat. One quart will cover 140 sq ft per coat.

Finishes

We recommend Shell finish for walls in high traffic areas such as hallways, bathrooms and nurseries. It is a highly durable, low sheen finish. Choose Velvet finish for other walls and all ceilings. This almost flat finish will hide more imperfections commonly found on ceilings.

We do offer a satin finish as well and recommend this finish for woodwork or painted furniture. The Satin finish has more sheen to it and provides a nice contrast to the Shell when used on trim.

How to Choose a Finish

We recommend a velvet finish for most walls and ceilings. Shell finish should be used in high traffic areas and nurseries. If using for trim or furniture, choose satin finish.
